作者簡介：

曾惠珍教授、博士後

獲得香港浸會大學（前香港浸會學院）秘書管理系文憑，以優異成績名列「校長榮譽」榜，之後又相繼取得英國Heriot-Watt大學工商管理碩士和法國SABI大學榮譽博士（企業管治）。博士後時期參與美國加州州立大學蒙特利灣分校，美國史丹福大學及美國加利福尼亞大學柏克萊分校合辦之高深研究項目。

現為TWC Management Limited 迪德施管理顧問有限公司創辦人及董事長。她同時任職上市公司獨立非執行董事超過廿年，及審核委員會主席超過十年。她擁有企業管理顧問工作經驗超過35年，並獲得多項學業及專業資格與學術成果，同時熱心義務參與教育及社區服務超過30年。

黃國強博士後

在香港理工大學高級文憑課程畢業後，投身屋宇設備工程行業。在持續進修的道路上，分別獲得：英國中央蘭開夏大學屋宇裝備工程學的（榮譽）學士、香港公開大學工程管理工程學碩士、法國北歐大學的法學博士及工程學榮譽博士，其後更成為：美國斯坦福、伯克萊加州、加州州立大學蒙特利灣分校的博士後及中國公共經濟研究會的經濟學博士後。

目前就職於香港某大型中央企業集團，專注於粵港澳大灣區的房地產行業，主要負責住宅和商業建築的屋宇裝備系統設計和施工計畫審查。近年熱心公益事業，積極參與志願服務，以支援不同地區的需要者。

廖寶城博士後、工程院士

林煒彬教授、博士後

Prof. Michael Lam, with his PhD graduated in Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, the University of Hong Kong, is a very experienced director, accreditor and quality controller of local and collaborative academic programmes and vocational related certificates, a healthcare researcher, a community public health practitioner with solid experience in investment and management of healthcare and education related corporate, including listed companies.

He has published more than 50 education related and health related quality papers in SCI and SSCI journals and attained several engineering patents. He has been appointed by Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications and Universities to accredit and re-accredit the local and non-local academic programmes.
