書籍簡介
When 16-year-old misfit Tanner's weird dreams turn into full-blown psychic powers, he believes he's gone insane. But when a mysterious old man known as the Gatekeeper tells him it is his destiny to close an inter-dimensional portal called the Nexus and stop an invasion of deadly spirit-beings called the Shakhath, Tanner is faced with dire questions: Can he overcome his deepest fears in order to face the threat? Will his newfound powers be potent enough to do the job? And most chilling of all, in order to save the world, will he have to kill his only friend's father, and sacrifice the life of his little sister?
