Udemy線上課程 Chinese Wudang Kung Fu(Songxi Short Staff，Songxi Tai Chi） 講師:BAIDA JI 影音教學 中文發音 中文版(DVD版)
The basic teaching of Chinese Kung Fu usually starts with basic physical training. This includes Strength training, flexibility training, and balance training. Students will improve their physical fitness through a series of stretching, running, jumping, and rolling exercises. This is to enable them to withstand higher level martial arts training. After physical training, students will start learning basic boxing, footwork, and moves. These techniques usually start with simple movements and gradually increase in difficulty. For example, beginners may start learning how to wield their fists correctly, and then learn how to use their fists to attack or defend. The basic teaching of Chinese Kung Fu also includes learning internal skills. Internal skill is a form of spiritual training that enhances internal strength through deep breathing, meditation, and concentration. This is an indispensable part of Chinese martial arts, as it not only helps to improve martial arts skills, but also helps to improve physical and mental health. Finally, the teaching of Chinese martial arts also emphasizes moral education. Martial arts is not only a self-defense technique, but also a way of cultivating one's character and character. Therefore, values such as respect, self-discipline, and bravery are also part of kung fu teaching. By studying Chinese Kung Fu, students can not only learn a self-defense technique, but also learn how to control their bodies and improve their spiritual strength through internal skills. This is a comprehensive experience that can improve students' physical and mental health, while also allowing them to have a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese culture
